Topics include information security, ethical and legal practices, and mitigating cyber vulnerabilities. Medical Assistant Clinical (Back Office) provides students the training for entry level employment in a medical clinic. The course includes assisting physicians with physical examination, office surgery EKGs, medications, laboratory tests and therapeutic procedures. Students who complete this course and front office may be eligible to take the Medical Assistant internship course.
